Hi, I'm Ben Wegmann
I've been a licensed real estate professional in the DFW area for nearly seven years. I began my career in 2016, at age 21, by helping friends lease apartments and quickly became the "go-to" apartment locator. A year later, many of my clients returned to me to purchase homes, and my business truly took off.
By 2022, I was the top-producing agent at my brokerage of over 500 agents, selling over $53.4 million in real estate. I now lead "The Wegmann Team," a group of four experienced agents, and plan to expand our reach across Texas.
I attended UT Dallas for a couple of years, studying Business Administration. However, I decided not to finish my degree. During my time in college, I got involved in real estate, which had always been a passion of mine. I realized I didn't want to spend four years earning a degree only to work for someone else. So, I made the decision to leave college and pursue a career in real estate full-time.
Over the past 8 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with amazing clients and have been honored with several awards for my work.
